In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer may, prior to placing an order, review the essential characteristics of the product(s) they wish to order. These characteristics are duly indicated on each product page.
The selling prices of the products offered are indicated in euros and include all taxes.
They do not include shipping costs, which are charged as an extra depending on the products ordered. These shipping costs are indicated before the buyer confirms the order.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the prices applied on the website do not include any customs duties, taxes or other costs relating to the order, which the customer must pay personally.
All products displayed are available for sale. In the event that one of the products is temporarily unavailable, Lampephoto.co.uk undertakes to inform the customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the order.
Any order implies unrestricted and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The sale will only be considered final after flamboyant-bohr.51-159-22-229.plesk.page has sent the buyer confirmation of the order and received payment in full.
Lampephoto.fr recommends that its customers keep this information on paper or in electronic form.
Once the order has been registered, the buyer is deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions of sale, the prices and quantities of the products ordered, in full knowledge of the facts and without reservation.
The buyer, having familiarised themselves with the products and their characteristics, has, under their sole responsibility, chosen the product(s) that are the subject of their order according to their wishes as previously determined when placing their order. As the buyer is the only one who knows the intended use of the products ordered, they are the sole judge of the compatibility of these products with those already used by them.
If the buyer does not consider themselves to be sufficiently informed on the subject, it is their sole responsibility to seek advice either from flamboyant-bohr.51-159-22-229.plesk.page or from other competent persons.
Payment of the full price must be made by the buyer when placing the order. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments.
All orders are payable in euros. The customer may pay by credit card.
To pay for their order, the buyer has several credit card payment options: the transmission of bank details to the bank’s server is fully secure (SSL encryption) thanks to a secure online payment system. The information provided (card number and expiry date) is therefore encrypted. For security reasons, bank details are destroyed as soon as the order has been processed and must therefore be re-entered for each new order.
The cards accepted are French national bank cards, international EuroCard/MasterCard cards and international Visa cards.
The order will only be considered effective by flamboyant-bohr.51-159-22-229.plesk.page once the relevant bank payment centres have given their approval. In the event of refusal by said centres, the order will be cancelled. The customer declares that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method when submitting the order form.
Lampephoto.fr reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of their nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum owed by the buyer, or in the event of a payment incident.

By accepting the terms and conditions of sale, you agree that Lampephoto.co.uk will not send you a paper invoice.
Every order placed on Lampephoto.co.uk is shipped with GLS Flex Delivery or Chronopost. Orders shipped by GLS Flex Delivery or Chronopost are assigned a tracking number. This service is only available in mainland France. Chronopost parcels are delivered to your home or to a pick-up point. For home delivery, the delivery driver will contact the recipient at the time of delivery. If the recipient cannot be reached, the parcel will be left at a pick-up point.
The purchaser receives delivery from the carrier at their home address via their delivery driver or at a collection point, depending on the method chosen. In the event of absence, the purchaser or recipient of the product ordered will receive a notification by email and/or text message allowing them to schedule a new delivery or collection from a collection point.
After receipt of the order, if the file provided is valid and the order is feasible, the manufacturing time is 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will only be processed on Monday.
As Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day approach, manufacturing times are likely to be extended and may reach up to 72 hours (working days).
The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen, ranging from an average of 24 hours for Chronopost (and 48 hours in Europe) to 24/48 hours for GLS (48/72 hours for Europe).
The delivery time is therefore 2 to 3 working days from the date of order.
The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery. If the buyer has any doubts whatsoever about the condition or contents of their parcel, they are required to immediately report any anomalies to the carrier and to report any incidents of damage to the goods to contact@flamboyant-bohr.51-159-22-229.plesk.page.
Given the degree of customisation of the products ordered, Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code applies, which stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
You are aware that photo engraving requires a minimum quality.
If the minimum resolution is not achieved, you may transfer your images, but you accept the risk of lower quality.
You agree to be billed for any production, even if the image transferred is of insufficient resolution.
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. The purchaser has a period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods to take action (Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code; Article 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). The purchaser may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to certain cost conditions provided for in Article L.217-9 of the Consumer Code.

The remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and flamboyant-bohr.51-159-22-229.plesk.page and supersede all other communications, whether oral or written.
